长期从事植物遗传学、植物激素信号转导和逆境下植物生长发育的机制研究。 在Science,Dev.Cell,eLife, PNAS,CellResearch, Genes & Dev., Molecular Plant和Plant Physiol. 等发表二十多篇重要论文。主持“973”基础研究课题,国家自然科学基金杰出青年基金和重大研究计划培育和集成项目,上海市浦江计划、重点项目和优秀学科带头人项目 。
主要研究成绩和研究方向
主要以拟南芥和水稻为系统,采用遗传学、蛋白质组学、生物化学、细胞生物学和生物信息学的方法,揭示了油菜素甾醇信号途径的精细调控机制及其调控植物雄性育性、根毛发育和纤维素积累的分子机制;发现了油菜素甾醇信号转导组分BES1参与独脚金内酯的机制;阐明了油菜素甾醇与脱落酸信号途径的互作的遗传和生化机制。目前主要研究植物激素的信号转导网络及其与环境因子协调控制水稻株型、植物生长发育和环境适应性的细胞和分子机制。
