内容简介：In the first part of the talk, I will present the bioinformatics curriculum which has been launched 14 years ago in our university in close collaboration between the departments of Biology, of Computer Science and of Mathematics. Then I will briefly present the research themes which are addressed by the Bioinformatics research group at LRI, the computer science laboratory at Paris-Sud University. Finally I will focus on a specific work in computational RNA tertiary structure analysis.
