主要研究领域及兴趣
使用单分子磁镊技术和单分子FRET技术,揭示RNA 、DNA、蛋白质等生物大分子的动态结构及相互作用。使用结构生物信息学方法,揭示生物大分子的结构动态和功能机制。
DNA甲基化、单分子检测技术、核小体和染色质的动态调控是我们目前的研究重点。
