主要研究领域及兴趣
离子通道作为机体感知周围环境信息的功能界面,是生物体与内部和外部环境交流不可或缺的信号途径,在感受到内、外界刺激信息后,作为感受器的离子通道能够将这些刺激信息转换成神经电信号,并将这一信号传递到大脑或神经系统的其它部位,神经系统进而对这些刺激信号作出反应。课题组主要聚焦一类和温度感受相关的瞬时受体势(transient receptor potential vanilloid, TRPV)通道开展研究,这些通道广泛分布于神经和非神经组织中,通过介导种类多样的理化刺激响应,在体感信息传递和中枢信息处理等核心生理过程中发挥重要功能。我们在深入解析这些离子通道的门控(开启或关闭)机制,并阐释它们在环境感知与应激中的作用的基础上,进而揭示了其在生理病理过程中的关键作用。同时,通过发现靶向离子通道的药物,从而为实现机体的稳态平衡提供新策略。
