主要研究领域:
植物激素是一组由植物产生的低浓度小信号分子,能够在远端部位移动和发挥作用。激素稳态对于平衡植物生长和发育至关重要,并且在多个层面上受到调节,包括激素生物合成、降解代谢、感知和转运。激素转运体对植物激素发挥作用至关重要,这突出表现在它们的功能丧失导致严重的生长和发育缺陷。因此,植物激素转运蛋白对精确调控其生长发育至关重要。但是,转运蛋白家族的潜在功能冗余性严重的限制了植物转运蛋白遗传与功能的研究。
本课题组对调节植物激素以及主要矿质营养转运机制的分子因素感兴趣。本课题组已构建能在基因组规模克服功能冗余的多靶标CRISPR文库,结合正向遗传筛选,采用分子生物学、化学生物学和共聚焦显微镜成像等技术,聚焦于植物激素和主要营养元素转运蛋白的鉴定及其转运机制的剖析研究。
